Lindsey Wilson College Affidavit of Support

The sponsoring school (LWC) is required to verify financial support before issuing the Form I-20. LWC must ensure the student has sufficient funds to study in the United States without resorting to unauthorized employment. In addition to personal funds, funding sources may include scholarships, assistantships, fellowships, and approved on-campus employment. Through credible documentary evidence, the student must establish that funds are available to meet all expenses during the first year of study. The Affidavit of Support is mandatory for all international applicants. Students must submit documentation verifying the information provided in this form.

Your Form I-20 cannot be processed until ISS has received the completed Affidavit of Support.
If a student has multiple sponsors, then each sponsor must complete and submit an Affidavit of Support.
